- information on rooms, suites and apartments, the ‘Parkblick’ restaurant, the wellness and spa area, as well as events and packages,
- online booking of accommodation via the linked booking system,
- the purchase of vouchers,
- subscription to the newsletter, and the ability to contact the hotel via an online form, by telephone or by email.
The Parkhotel Klüschenberg thus provides a service in electronic commerce via its website within the meaning of Section 1(3)(5) of the German Act on Electronic Commerce (BFSG). Current status of compliance: partially compliant
We are continuously working to improve the accessibility of our website. To meet the requirements, we are implementing the following measures, amongst others:
Perceptibility
- text alternatives for meaningful images and graphics,
- clear typography with sufficient spacing; content can be enlarged using browser functions,
- information is not conveyed solely through colour.
Operability
- Skip links to main content and main navigation at the top of the page,
- Keyboard control of essential functions,
- consistent and intuitive navigation across all pages.
Clarity and robustness
- A logical page structure with a clear main heading on each page,
- labelled form fields and clear link text,
- HTML that is largely semantically marked up to support screen readers and other assistive technologies.
Known limitations. Not all sections of the website currently meet the above requirements in full. This applies in particular to content and functions provided via integrated third-party services – such as the online booking system, the voucher shop, embedded videos, and map and social media elements. We have only limited influence over their design. We are in contact with the respective providers and are working towards ensuring they are accessible.
