Guidelines at a glance
- The meal consists of a main course and a dessert, currently priced at €4.50 per day.
- Meal vouchers are sold only on Mondays for the following week, directly in the school kitchen
- from 11.30 am to 1.30 pm.
- If a child is unwell on a Monday, their parents must register them for the coming week by telephone (038735/49210)
- and must then bring money for two weeks’ meals, or the unused meal vouchers for which they have been deregistered
- will be deducted from the balance.
- Cancellations can be made by 8.00 am on the day of the meal, stating the child’s name and class, by telephone on 038735/49210 or by email to info@klueschenberg.de.
- This means that orders remain binding unless they are cancelled by 8.00 am on the day the meal is to be served at the latest.
- The cost of a meal cancelled in good time can always be settled at the next payment date (Monday) by handing in the unused meal voucher.
- Any entitlement to a reduction in meal fees (benefits under the Education and Participation Package) must be
- submitted in the original. Documents that are not submitted or are invalid do not entitle the holder to a reduction in the
- meal price. Similarly, extensions must be submitted in good time and without being requested, in the original form.
- The school meals provision is arranged for an indefinite period and is dependent on the purchase of meal vouchers.
- A minimum number of children must be registered for the school meals scheme in order to guarantee the provision of meals.
